2021 was a tough year for me. So walking into 2022 I decided to make this a year that would be filled with confidence, grace, and favor! ?
Looking forward to what 2022 has to offer me. There is still so much I want to experience, explore, and learn. This photo was taken at Songdo Beach in South Korea in the 1st of January. Captured by my wonderful friend Vanessa at sunset ?
It was just before the sun set on Christmas Day, and we went for a walk on the beach. We enjoyed each other’s company and being able to see the last rays of sunlight. It is moments like this that I like to savor
Vacationing for Thanksgiving in Pacific City, Oregon and hiking the beach along Cape Kawanda. Granddaughter Addi looks at the sunsetting brilliantly and magically touching the water and the rocks under her feet.
I took this photo using a Canon Sure Shot 80u point and shoot camera that I’ve had for 16 years. I received the camera as a gift from my parents when I was in elementary school. I recently found it in a box, and this was the first roll that I’d put through it in probably at least 10-12 years. The image is of the Alyeska Ski Resort in Girdwood, Alaska. I moved to Alaska over the summer, and I’m constantly impressed by the state’s natural beauty and ruggedness. I took this photo with Kodak Portra 400, and I was very surprised by the quality of the images the film could produce with a 16 year old point and shoot camera. This photo was taken in September at the beginning of fall in Alaska, and I really liked the golden tones produced by the film.
The very gorgeous moment, when the light shines down to the beautiful streets of Paris and fills you up with happiness. This city gives so much love, magic, inspiration and interesting input to my soul when I’m there. The Photo was created on a sunny monday in December 2021. Shot with Canon AE1 and Kodak Gold 200 and the Model is Anjima.
My wife, our kids and I went outside after a surprising snowfall at Christmas day. The kids were playing so I took a few shots of my favorite model with my Minolta film camera equipped with Kodak Gold 200.
Travelling around the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia, we visiting Coffin Bay National and saw one the most beautiful beaches we’ve seen in Australia! We couldn’t leave without a photo, as souvenir of visiting such a stunning place!
We were setting up for a valentines day photoshoot & he wanted to do it his way! We had a great time implementing his ideas. When you have tiny people with their own ideas
This was actually just a spur of the moment trip to the beach which turned out to be a very good one, I was able to take this photos of this couple just enjoying the day and thought it was a really great moment to capture
Stepping out of the house after 2 long years, feels somewhat like this - carefree, vibrant and with the brightest smile on the planet!
This was my first trip post the pandemic, and calling it liberating would be an understatement. While the sea winds teased my hair and tickled me into a wide grin, I was caught unawares and captured in a frame by the most favorite man of my life.
A typical blush even after 10 years of knowing this man, made for a perfect kodak moment of the day!
This was the first time at the beach after being in lockdown for almost a year. As you might know, Melbourne has been the most locked down city in the world. It was so refreshing to step out of the house, relax at the beach, eat at our favourite restaurant in St Kilda and spend time outdoors with my toddler. And to add to it, the weather was great!??
These two taught me about male - female friendship. As a man with mostly male friends these two opened my eyes to see the world through the eyes of a woman, making me a better man. On this day we had a good time, good talks and shot cool photos. Much love!
"Exploration is curiosity put into action"
There are so many times I have found Emberly searching around the house for lost markers, only to find her with lovely drawings all over her face.
I realized she felt this need to explore so I grabbed an abandoned makeup palette and makeup brushes. We set up the vanity and I watched her as she explored. I watched her smiles and giggles and the way she said “Wow!" as she examined herself in the mirror.
After laying in the sun I looked up to see this classic VW Kombi in the distance driving along the drive on beach at Sellicks. I quickly grabbed my camera and grabbed a couple snaps of this classic cruiser, much to the joy of the drivers who smiled and waved, and told us to have a great day. Legends!
